Villa Plagianus
is a unique property with 4 or 5 double bedrooms with private bath in Praiano on the Amalfi Coast
The house and its terraces are full of atmosphere and the spirit of the place creates a perfect harmony and balance. The construction is very fascinating, the house is an ancient villa restored with extremely good taste and sobriety, keeping the charm and quality of the material of the original house and modern design.
A patio, just outside the property, is furnished with tables, chairs, and umbrellas ideal for taking breakfast while you enjoy the views.

The villa offers 4 or 5 double bedrooms*, all with private baths. Every bedroom has sea views and stylish furniture ( the Emerald Suite doen’s have a balcony but a beautiful bathroom with Hammam, cromo and aroma therapy) Each room has Air Conditioning, TV flat screen with SAT.

From the entrance some steps laid down to the ground floor. Cosy living room with sofa and TV Flat with Sat and Home Theatre and a Stereo system BOSE; a small indoor garden and a Beautidul extra bathroom that recalls ancient Pompeii. All in marble, antique columns double sinks and a large shower with waterfall.
A door lead out onto the patio.
Big modern kitchen equipped with all necessary facilities and utensils for cooking, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer.
The kitchen is the perfect stage for cooking courses and the preparation of sophisticated cocktails and dinner.

Outside a brand new swimming pool with nicely done garden furniture. (sea salt system clhorine free – can be heated on request. The heating is strictly related to the outdoor temperature.
Coming up one floor from the ground, three beautiful double bedrooms are accessible up a flight of steps. Two rooms enjoy en-suite baths, while the third bedroom has its bathroom with a 10 steps corridor.
