Podere Andrea lies inside a large estate, which spreads out over 600 hectares in the heart of the Chianti classico region, and the main buildings of the company are housed in the ancient hamlet of Fabbrica.
The villa is set in a panoramic position with a wonderful view of the Chianti countryside, with olive groves and vineyards alternating with small oak woods.
It is furnished with typical Tuscan furniture and has all the usual comforts: dishwasher, satellite TV in the living rooms, stereo with CD player, telephone, safe, washing machine and a very well-equipped kitchen.
